You must be at least 13 years old or meet your country's minimum legal age to use Maillo. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and are using Maillo where it is legally available.

User Conduct

You agree to use Maillo lawfully and responsibly, without violating the rights of others or misusing the platform. Misuse may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

Intellectual Property

Maillo respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use content submitted to or generated through the Service.

Third-Party Services

Maillo does not currently integrate with any third-party platforms or services. All features and functionality are provided directly within the Maillo platform.

Licenses

Your account includes a number of licenses, which determine how many email addresses you can associate with your workspace. License costs are subject to change without prior notice. Deleting an email will permanently remove the associated license from your plan — it cannot be reassigned or reused. Please manage licenses carefully based on your needs.

Billing, Refunds & License Deletion

All purchases are final. Maillo does not offer refunds under any circumstances. You may delete licenses at any time, but doing so will permanently remove them from your account and you will not receive a refund or credit for the unused portion.

Email Consent

By using Maillo, you agree to receive emails related to your account and product updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Service at any time. You may also terminate your account at your discretion. We may suspend access for any violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Maillo is provided "as is" with no guarantees of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Use the Service at your own risk.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration and governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maillo from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Maillo's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters and outages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. You consent to the jurisdiction of Delaware courts.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Miscellaneous

These Terms do not create a partnership or joint venture. Waivers of any part of these Terms do not constitute a waiver of others. Rights and obligations may not be transferred without our consent.
